Sales Development Representative

About the role

Esketchers, an AI‑first technology company, is expanding into international markets and needs confident communicators to represent the brand. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will initiate contact with business prospects across the US, UK, Canada and Australia, build early‑stage relationships and schedule discovery calls for the senior team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to business prospects in target international markets.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers through calls and follow‑up emails.
• Schedule discovery calls and coordinate handovers to senior team members.
• Maintain accurate outreach activity records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth transitions.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly outreach and scheduling targets.

Required profile

• Fluent, clear English with a neutral, internationally friendly accent.
• Prior experience engaging clients in the US, UK, Canada or Australia.
• Comfortable initiating a high volume of outbound calls and navigating gatekeepers.
• Resilient to objections and rejection, maintaining energy throughout shifts.
• Coachable, receptive to feedback and focused on continuous improvement.
• Quick to adapt to CRM platforms, auto‑dialers and outreach tools.
• Based in Lahore and available for on‑site work during the 3 PM – 12 AM shift.
• 1–3 years experience in a BPO, international call centre, telesales or outbound customer engagement role.
