Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our remote SaaS team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through high‑volume outreach and setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through high‑volume cold calling.
• Identify and qualify decision‑makers within target B2B accounts.
• Articulate the value proposition and position solutions based on prospect pain points.
• Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with inbound leads and nurture outbound prospects.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting.
• Research industries, companies, and key stakeholders to personalize outreach.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions in the US market, preferably B2B.
• Proven success in high‑volume cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
• Excellent phone communication skills and confidence handling objections.
• Highly organized with strong follow‑up and time‑management abilities.
• Resilient, coachable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
• E‑commerce experience is a plus.
