Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Smart Haul Dispatch is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to work remotely from Lahore. You will be the first point of contact for potential trucking clients, introducing our high‑quality dispatch services and helping them secure better freight loads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new prospects in the trucking and logistics sector.
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails and online channels.
• Present Smart Haul Dispatch services and schedule discovery calls.
• Support senior sales and business development colleagues throughout the closing process.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM tools and update lead information promptly.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates and activity metrics.
• Build strong relationships with trucking professionals and understand their operational needs.

Required profile

• Proven outbound sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Prior sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation or related services.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong rapport‑building, objection‑handling and client‑focused conversation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking and pipeline management.
