Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Prestige Carrier Services is expanding its remote sales team and seeks motivated Sales Development Representatives. You will work US business hours, focusing on high‑volume outbound outreach to US businesses and helping to build a pipeline for the closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Make consistent, high‑volume outbound calls to US businesses.
• Identify genuine interest, pre‑qualify opportunities and gather required information.
• Record call outcomes, tags and notes accurately in Trellus and GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Follow up with interested prospects as needed.
• Hand over qualified opportunities to the closing team with complete notes.

Required profile

• Previous cold‑calling, outbound sales or appointment‑setting experience.
• Experience speaking with US businesses is strongly preferred.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Confidence handling objections and rejection.
• Strong attention to detail when updating CRM records.
• Reliable availability during US business hours.
• Experience in transportation, insurance, factoring, equipment finance or another physical industry is a strong advantage.
