Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

RepStack is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its growing remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, helping to build a robust pipeline for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high‑potential leads across multiple channels.
• Conduct 100‑120 outbound cold calls and emails daily.
• Engage prospects, qualify their needs, and assess sales readiness.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings.
• Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or lead generation.
• Proven track record of identifying and qualifying leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar sales automation tools.
