About the role
Atlas Copco is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer – Aftermarket to drive profitable growth through direct and indirect sales of aftermarket parts, service solutions, and contracts. You will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to enhance service quality, response time, and overall customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Drive direct sales of aftermarket spare parts, service solutions, overhauls, and contracts for the CTS product portfolio.
- Identify customer needs and propose value‑based solutions to improve equipment reliability and lifecycle cost.
- Manage and develop indirect sales through distributors, providing training, pricing guidance, and performance monitoring.
- Build long‑term relationships with key customers, acting as the main point of contact for aftermarket sales.
- Collaborate with service, operations, and logistics teams to ensure on‑time delivery and issue resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, gather market intelligence, and promote Atlas Copco’s aftermarket value proposition.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- 3–6 years of experience in aftermarket sales, service sales, or industrial equipment sales.
- Proven experience in direct customer sales and distributor/channel management.
- Experience with compressors, industrial equipment, or capital‑goods aftermarket is highly preferred.
