Sales Executive - Fit by oladoc

About the role

Fit by oladoc is an AI-powered health and wellness product inside the oladoc app, Pakistan's largest healthcare platform. This is a closing role based in Lahore, on site and full time: you talk by phone and WhatsApp with people who have already started a free Fit trial, build rapport, understand their goals and convert them into paying members. You do not need years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Call a high volume of trial users every day by phone and WhatsApp and keep the conversations flowing.
• Build rapport quickly, understand each person's health goal and steer the conversation toward becoming a paying member.
• Guide interested users into a free consultation with the nutrition team and follow through until they convert.
• Handle objections, negotiate and close.
• Hit and beat your monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Log every lead, call and follow-up accurately in the tracker.
• Pass real user feedback back to the product team.

Required profile

• 0 to 3 years of experience, including fresh graduates; any sales, telesales or business development exposure is a plus.
• Confident, persuasive speaker comfortable on the phone all day and with high daily call volume.
• Natural persuader who can take pushback and negotiate.
• Driven by targets and motivated by hitting numbers.
• Fluent Urdu and English, comfortable speaking in Roman Urdu.
• Disciplined with follow-ups and keeping the CRM / tracker clean.
• A plus: background or basic knowledge of health, nutrition, fitness or wellness, and experience selling subscriptions, apps or digital products.
