Sales Executive – Lead Conversion

About the role

Print & Pack Masters is seeking a Sales Executive focused on converting inbound and generated leads into confirmed print and packaging orders. You will act as the bridge between prospects and internal teams, ensuring that client requirements are captured accurately and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads, qualify needs, timelines and budgets promptly.
• Convert qualified leads into orders by presenting suitable product options, pricing and production timelines.
• Prepare clear quotations and proposals and follow through until order confirmation.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to confirm specifications, proofs and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status and client communications in the CRM or sales tracker.
• Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve client queries and ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Confident in phone and in‑person client meetings.
• Excellent negotiation abilities while protecting margins and delivery commitments.
• Organizational attention to detail for order handover and coordination with production/design teams.
• Target‑driven mindset with ability to meet monthly conversion and revenue goals.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for sales tracking.
