Sales Executive – Outbound Calls & Client Relations

About the role

Global Fire Safety Ltd, a UK‑based provider of electrical, gas and fire safety services, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its Pakistan team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing our compliance solutions and converting interest into booked jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts.
• Explain the range of safety services (EICR, CP12, fire risk assessments, emergency lighting testing, etc.) clearly and professionally.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed sales or scheduled service appointments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers and homeowners for repeat business.
• Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in sales or telesales is highly desirable.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage an individual sales pipeline.
• Available to work the shift from 1 PM to 11 PM Pakistan time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads and sales activities.
