Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

Burooj Developers, a leading real estate developer in Lahore, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property sales for its Al‑Kabir Phase 2 project on Raiwind Road. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to booking, and presenting the benefits of Burooj Heights to prospective buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, digital inquiries and market outreach.
• Present Burooj Heights and other company projects to prospective buyers and investors.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, project briefings and site visits.
• Maintain regular follow‑up, guide prospects through documentation and booking procedures.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while keeping accurate pipeline records.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and changing buyer requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams.

Required profile

• Proven ability to sell property, real estate or similar consultative offerings.
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu; Punjabi is a plus.
• Organised follow‑up habits with accurate sales‑pipeline tracking.
• Willingness to attend client meetings, property briefings and site visits in Lahore.
