Sales Lead – Logistics (Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to drive business development for our logistics operations in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that generate new B2B opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, qualify and close new B2B logistics deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, product and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and regular business development reports to senior management.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of the client onboarding process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in courier and logistics with a focus on B2B sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Customer‑focused attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
