Sales Manager - Dental Digital Products, Pakistan

About the role

Shining 3D Dental is looking for a Sales Manager to expand and manage its sales distribution network for dental digital products in Pakistan. The company sells a full range of digital workflow products such as intraoral scanners, facial scanners, printers, resins and desktop scanners, made available through dental supply dealers. The role involves visiting dental offices and organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for the company's dental digital products in Pakistan, ensuring assigned sales targets are met.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Build in-depth knowledge of product features, functions and operations to represent and support the product line.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven and action-oriented, with strong market development, customer acquisition and account management skills.
• Goal-focused, with a strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Experience in the medical, dental or clinical industry is strongly preferred.
