Sales Manager – High-rise Projects

About the role

Linkers International is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead high‑rise real estate sales, covering both commercial and residential projects. You will drive business growth by building client relationships, managing a sales team, and delivering consistent results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice on high‑rise property investments.
• Lead, coach, and manage a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Promote and sell high‑rise properties, meeting sales goals consistently.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and investment opportunities.
• Oversee property presentations, site tours, and client negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing to design and execute effective sales campaigns.
• Provide detailed performance and sales reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3‑4 years of proven managerial experience in high‑rise property sales.
• Strong leadership and team‑reporting experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Experience in Rawalpindi/Islamabad real‑estate market is desirable.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
