About the role

Supreme Renewables is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead and expand sales operations in the renewable energy sector. The role focuses on driving revenue growth across residential, commercial, and industrial markets while managing a small, dedicated sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of two to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
  • Identify and convert business-to-business and business-to-consumer opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and pipeline metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and manage vendor relationships.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and set realistic growth goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.

Required profile

  • Minimum two years of sales experience, including team management.
  • Strong knowledge of solar energy solutions.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of securing high‑value opportunities and building lasting client relationships.
