About the role
Yango Group is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join its team in Lahore, Pakistan. In this role you will provide essential administrative, operational, and analytical assistance to ensure the organization runs efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling internal and external correspondence.
- Gathering data, analyzing key performance metrics, and preparing reports for management.
- Identifying inefficiencies and assisting in implementing solutions to improve operational workflows.
- Maintaining organized records and auditing administrative functions to ensure company standards are met.
- Acting as a central point of contact for teams, addressing inquiries, and assisting with project management.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of experience as a Sales Manager.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Personal laptop or PC with a stable internet connection for remote work.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support teammates.
- Strong communication skills.
