Sales Performance Coach

About the role

The Sales Performance Coach will work on‑site in Pakistan to elevate the effectiveness of our sales teams. You will deliver regular training, one‑on‑one mentoring, and actionable feedback to boost conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Observe sales activities and analyze performance data to identify skill gaps.
• Design and deliver targeted coaching plans, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
• Develop training materials and learning modules for sales professionals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align coaching initiatives with business objectives.
• Document coaching outcomes and continuously refine methods based on results and stakeholder input.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales coaching, training, or sales leadership.
• Strong communication, active listening, and constructive feedback abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate insights into practical coaching strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
• Commitment to values‑based development, professional integrity, and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Understanding of consultative and relationship‑based selling techniques.
