Sales Representative - Night Shift (B2B Healthcare)

About the role

UForce Solutions, a medical billing and healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) company based in Lahore, is looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative to join its night-shift team. The role focuses on outbound B2B sales to U.S. healthcare practices, clinics and providers, generating leads, qualifying opportunities, presenting medical billing and RCM services and closing deals. It is a full-time, on-site night-shift position aligned with U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and other channels
• Identify decision-makers at healthcare practices and engage them in meaningful conversations
• Understand client pain points around billing, denials, cash flow and revenue cycle management
• Present the company's medical billing and RCM services clearly and persuasively
• Qualify opportunities, handle objections and move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Schedule demos and meetings and work with internal teams to close deals
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline status in the CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and build long-term relationships with prospects and clients

Required profile

• 1-2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in services, outsourcing, SaaS or healthcare-related fields
• Proven experience with cold calling, lead generation and client acquisition
• Strong spoken and written English; a clear American accent is preferred
• Comfortable working night shift (U.S. business hours)
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
