SAP Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated SAP Consultant to join our team and drive successful SAP implementations, configurations, and support across multiple modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and design functional and technical SAP solutions.
• Configure and customise SAP modules to meet specific business needs.
• Participate in full‑cycle SAP implementation, upgrade, migration and rollout projects.
• Conduct workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions and solution demonstrations for clients.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA engineers and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and production deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide post‑implementation support.
• Create user documentation, training materials and deliver knowledge‑transfer sessions.
• Ensure solutions follow industry best practices and organisational standards.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and recommend innovative SAP solutions.
• Support integration between SAP and third‑party systems using APIs, middleware and other integration technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP consulting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one SAP module and a full‑cycle implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
