SAP Managing Consultant – SuccessFactors

About the role

The SAP Managing Consultant leads end‑to‑end implementations of SuccessFactors modules, acting as the functional subject‑matter expert for clients or internal HR teams. The role combines deep configuration expertise with client‑facing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and LMS, including workshops, design, configuration, testing and post‑go‑live support.
• Manage data migration, integration design and testing with SAP HCM, payroll and other HR systems, and resolve complex integration issues.
• Provide L2/L3 support, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with global HR policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business or related field.
• 3–5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience with at least two full‑cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of hire‑to‑retire HR processes.

• Project planning, effort estimation and client communication.
