Senior AI/ML Engineer – Remote (Night Shift)

About the role

Jlab is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and maintain production‑grade AI systems. The role is fully remote, operating on a night‑shift schedule to support a US‑based team. You will work with cutting‑edge models such as large language models, generative AI, and retrieval‑augmented generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and monitor end‑to‑end AI pipelines in a production environment.
• Integrate LLMs, generative AI, and RAG solutions into existing services.
• Write clean, efficient Python code using modern AI frameworks.
• Leverage cloud infrastructure, APIs, and MLOps tools to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate daily with US‑based product and engineering teams via virtual meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience building production AI systems, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently during night‑shift hours.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration with an international team.
