Senior Analyst – Systems Cloud & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to lead the management, optimisation and support of our hybrid IT environment. The role ensures the availability, security and performance of both on‑premises systems and cloud services across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support hybrid cloud and on‑premise infrastructure.
• Lead 24x7 IT operations, including monitoring, incident management and troubleshooting.
• Administer Microsoft 365 suite, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Maintain security compliance, access management, MFA and endpoint protection.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery and infrastructure optimisation.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive automation and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and Microsoft support for escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in systems, cloud and infrastructure management.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator or AWS SysOps (preferred).
