Senior Graphic Designer (E-Commerce & Performance Focused)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who blends strong branding expertise with performance‑driven e‑commerce design. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, Shopify developers and marketing teams to create high‑impact visual assets that boost conversion and reinforce brand authority.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity systems, including typography, colour, layout and visual standards.
• Design high‑converting product graphics, promotional banners, landing‑page visuals and paid‑ad creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Create social‑media graphics, stories, reels covers and campaign assets for product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver developer‑ready web assets, ensuring responsiveness across devices.
• Maintain organized source files, deliver pixel‑perfect final assets and meet fast‑paced deadlines.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker who understands how design influences revenue and engagement.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of structure, alignment and clean systems.
• Proactive owner who can manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong working experience with Figma.
• Deep understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour theory and layout composition.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Experience designing for Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
