Senior HubSpot & Clio Solutions Architect (Remote)

About the role

An international law firm seeks a senior technical specialist to own its HubSpot and Clio ecosystem. The role goes beyond traditional CRM administration, requiring end‑to‑end design, development, and maintenance of integrations and automations. The position is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Design and administer HubSpot CRM architecture, including pipelines, custom objects, properties, and advanced workflows.
• Manage Sales, Marketing, and Service processes within HubSpot.
• Administer and optimise Clio Manage, defining data relationships between HubSpot contacts/deals and Clio clients/matters.
• Build and maintain bi‑directional integrations between HubSpot and Clio using APIs, webhooks and middleware.
• Integrate Microsoft 365/Outlook, telephony, websites, forms, payment systems and other SaaS platforms with the CRM.
• Write custom code (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python) when native integrations are insufficient.
• Oversee data migration, deduplication, governance, quality and create operational dashboards and reports.
• Manage user permissions, access controls and produce system documentation.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering complex HubSpot solutions at a senior level.
• Strong background in API‑based integrations and data architecture.
• Ability to translate business requirements into fully functional, maintainable solutions.
• Self‑starter comfortable handling the full project lifecycle from design to support.
• Experience working in a legal or professional services environment is a plus.
