Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

Anaya Impex is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead a small HR team and oversee all HR functions. The role is critical for ensuring compliance with labour laws, driving recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute talent acquisition strategies, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and applicant tracking.
• Manage employee relations issues, promote a harmonious work environment, and handle confidential information securely.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary protocols.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll activities in partnership with finance.
• Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations, goal setting, and career development.
• Prepare formal documentation such as warning letters, show‑cause notices, and termination letters in compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
• Conduct workforce planning, generate HR reports, and present insights to senior management.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sole HR team member.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration, using HR software and compensation platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of professional experience in human resource management.
• HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are advantageous.
