Senior Kony Engineer

About the role

Avenga is looking for a Senior Kony Engineer to help revamp a Retail Mobile Banking (RMB) application using micro‑app architecture. You will work on Temenos Quantum (Kony) mobile projects for a client serving retail banking, business products, investment products, and international remittance services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and verify design documents, ensuring precise understanding of intended application actions.
• Break down specifications into modular components and translate logic into functional code.
• Design and propose solutions to anticipated problems, evaluating alternative approaches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate identity, integration, object, and engagement services.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience on Temenos Quantum (Kony) mobile projects.
• Deep expertise with Kony SDK, Kony Visualizer v9.x.x, and Kony Fabric v2024.xx.x.
• Strong understanding of micro‑app architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ECMAScript 6) and related quality tools (ESLint, Jasmine).
• Experience with native Android (Java) and iOS (Objective‑C) development.
• Solid knowledge of Git and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
