Senior Manager – Growth, Strategic Partnerships & Public Relations

About the role

Mohsyn supports overseas Pakistanis and their families in Pakistan, and is looking for a Senior Manager to lead customer acquisition, build digital and strategic partnerships, generate qualified leads and strengthen the brand in international markets. The role reports to the CEO and works closely with cross-functional teams, targeting communities in North America, the UK and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run growth and customer acquisition strategies, design and scale lead-generation channels and build optimised acquisition funnels
• Build and manage partnerships with digital platforms, diaspora networks, fintech and remittance companies, and own the partnership lifecycle from prospecting to performance management
• Run public relations activities: media relations, press releases, brand narratives and content that support acquisition and partnership goals
• Collaborate with Marketing on digital campaigns, influencer and content creator opportunities, and campaign performance evaluation
• Work with the CEO and coordinate with Growth Marketing, Client Onboarding, Operations and other teams; manage external agencies and set performance targets and reporting

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in growth, business development, strategic partnerships, digital marketing or related commercial functions
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads, acquiring customers and delivering measurable growth
• Demonstrated experience building digital or channel partnerships and running market-entry or expansion initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Nice to have: experience with overseas Pakistani or South Asian diaspora markets, PR, affiliate marketing, referral programmes, influencer partnerships, CRM and marketing automation tools
