Senior Manager - International Sales (UK & UAE)

About the role

This role leads international sales across the UK and UAE markets. It covers strategy, team leadership, client management and reporting, and requires the ability to travel internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals for the UK and UAE markets.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, giving guidance, training and performance evaluations.
• Analyze market trends and performance to spot opportunities and threats.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key customers in both markets.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, coordinating with internal teams.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and give insights on product development and positioning.
• Manage and optimize the sales budget to maximize profitability and growth.
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international sales in the defined regions, preferably in a managerial position.
• Strong understanding of the cultural, economic and political landscape of the UK and UAE.
• Experience leading and developing a high-performance sales team.
• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the regions are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field; a Master's is preferred.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in international sales roles.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
