Senior Outbound Sales Agent (Call Centre)

About the role

Elivita is looking for a dedicated, goal-oriented Senior Outbound Sales Agent in Karachi. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services, turning leads into loyal customers while maintaining professional relationships. It does not involve managing a team, but the agent works closely with team leads and colleagues to improve conversion rates.

The position is based in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, with a five-day-a-week schedule from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and current customers to promote products and services
• Convert prospects into customers using persuasive, professional sales techniques
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections, inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-ups with potential customers
• Document call details, leads, follow-ups and sales data in CRM systems
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to improve conversion rates
• Stay informed on products, services and sales compliance policies
• Use call scripting and sales engagement sequencing to make outbound calls more effective

Required profile

• Minimum of five years of experience
• Strong outbound cold calling, active listening, call scripting and sales engagement sequencing skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Confidence, motivation and tactful objection handling
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
