Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Rafhan Maize is seeking a Senior Sales Executive, Industrial to create and manage customer accounts, respond to technical queries, and drive new business through product and customer acquisition. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while strengthening the company’s presence in the industrial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain baseline sales with all customers in the region.
• Address day‑to‑day technical queries and issues from customers.
• Monitor competition and devise counter‑actions.
• Develop new products and prospect lists for new customers.
• Report market trends and anticipate future customer needs.
• Create strategic account plans in collaboration with customers.
• Identify growth opportunities and coordinate with marketing and business development.
• Lead price negotiations and contract renewals.
• Work with supply‑chain and customer‑service teams on forecast and demand planning.
• Maintain opportunity pipeline using Salesforce.com.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of paper, corrugating, chemical and allied industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with interest in technical aspects.
• Excellent rapport‑building, communication and analytical skills.
• Account management, negotiation and strategic sales planning experience.
• BE (preferably Chemical or Industrial); MBA/MSc a plus.
• 3‑5 years of B2B commercial/technical sales experience in manufacturing.
