Senior Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead end‑to‑end sales activities for XiniX AI’s AI‑driven solutions in industrial sectors. This full‑time remote position will drive prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing of enterprise contracts while building long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and manage the sales pipeline for industrial customers.
• Prospect, qualify leads and negotiate contracts, leading pricing discussions and closing deals.
• Forecast revenue, prepare proposals and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and engineering teams to refine value propositions and support product demonstrations.
• Represent XiniX AI at virtual and in‑person industry events, gather market feedback and improve sales processes.
• Travel occasionally for customer visits, conferences and team meetings.

Required profile

• Proven B2B or enterprise sales experience selling technology, robotics or AI solutions to industrial customers.
• Strong consultative selling, pipeline management and contract‑negotiation skills.
• Ability to build senior‑level client relationships and work with account management and customer success teams.
• Comfort with remote work, digital collaboration tools and detailed CRM record‑keeping.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, able to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; advanced degrees or certifications a plus.
• Experience in oil & gas, chemicals, energy, water or infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial.
