Senior Software Integration Engineer (ServiceNow)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations across a variety of platforms, with a strong focus on ServiceNow backend development. You will work in a collaborative global team, contributing to both new and legacy integration projects while ensuring high technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and legacy integrations using REST, SOAP, ETL, XML and other technologies.
• Design, build, and maintain reusable integration flows and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to review code and enforce consistent technical standards.
• Create and update technical designs, sequence diagrams, and integration documentation.
• Document technical details for stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
• Support the daily stability of XTIUM’s integration ecosystem.
• Split workload 50/50 between general integration development and ServiceNow backend development.
• Work closely with the team during Eastern US business hours and be available for occasional extended hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with integration technologies and building cross‑platform integrations.
• Strong ServiceNow (Glide) scripting expertise or equivalent JavaScript/OOP programming background.
• Proven experience in ETL engineering, ITSM/ticketing‑system integration, and automation scripting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
