Senior Solutions Architect

About the role

Botmer International is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and scaling of AI‑native applications and intelligent agent systems. This full‑time remote position will serve as a technical leader, shaping architecture, engineering standards, and execution across cloud‑native platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define system architecture and make critical technology decisions for AI‑first products.
• Design and implement AI agent workflows across voice, SMS, chat, and multi‑channel environments.
• Build scalable, production‑grade software from concept to deployment, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Establish engineering best practices, oversee code quality, testing, monitoring, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with leadership to align technical execution with business objectives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or platform engineering.
• Proven track record as a Solutions Architect, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Founding Engineer.
• Strong experience designing and deploying scalable cloud‑native applications.
• Hands‑on experience building production AI agents, chatbots, voice agents, or orchestration systems.
• Deep understanding of AI agent workflows, tool calling, context management, memory systems, and prompt engineering.
