Senior Technical Project Manager, Commercial Solutions

About the role

The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead cross‑functional technology initiatives that drive S&P Global Market Intelligence’s growth and operational efficiency. Working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, you will partner with business leaders, product owners, architects, and agile teams to translate business challenges into innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex technology programs, including system enhancements, platform implementations, process automation, and third‑party integrations on the Salesforce platform.
• Partner with business leaders to define strategic goals, translate them into clear project objectives, and develop delivery plans.
• Drive project governance: create project plans, maintain RAID logs, manage risks, and provide executive status reporting.
• Facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, resources, and budgets while proactively mitigating risks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project or program management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms in a delivery or leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into actionable technical requirements.
• Strong governance skills, including risk management, issue resolution, and executive communication.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship‑building abilities.
