Shopify & Meta Ads Manager

About the role

Salesnest is looking for a Shopify Growth & Ads Manager to join its Islamabad team. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on managing Shopify stores and scaling paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and optimise Shopify stores, including merchandising, product presentation and landing‑page conversion.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for acquisition and retargeting.
• Manage TikTok advertising – audience setup, creative testing, budget allocation and scaling of winning campaigns.
• Track performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and revenue to inform decisions.
• Coordinate creative testing and translate insights into stronger ads, offers and customer experiences.
• Prepare performance reports, identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Maintain testing, measurement and optimisation processes across stores and advertising accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Shopify stores and paid social campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, pixels, events, audiences and budget optimisation.
• Practical experience with TikTok Ads, creative testing and campaign scaling.
• Ability to interpret key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion‑rate metrics.
