Site Supervisor – High‑rise Construction

About the role

Zameen Developments seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to lead civil and finishing works on high‑rise building projects in Islamabad. You will ensure that construction activities follow approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards while delivering on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day civil and finishing works according to approved designs.
• Coordinate and direct construction teams and subcontractors under the project manager’s guidance.
• Monitor work quality, site progress, and weekly targets to guarantee timely execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Identify drawing clashes and work with relevant teams for prompt resolution.
• Ensure required testing is performed in line with project specifications.
• Oversee HSE compliance, site safety, and housekeeping, enforcing safety procedures.
• Maintain site records, tracking sheets, and photographic documentation of progress.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in high‑rise civil and finishing works.
• Hands‑on experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, quality monitoring, and construction execution.
• DAE in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work on‑site in Islamabad (Paradise Commercial, Bahria Town Phase IV).
