Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Karachi, responsible for overseeing daily activities at project locations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and fabrication work for flooring and furniture projects.
• Monitor quality of installations and verify that materials and methods meet project requirements and company standards.
• Manage site teams and contractors, assign tasks, track progress and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients, prepare basic site reports and ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.

Required profile

• Strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including task allocation and timeline adherence.
• Experience with flooring, furniture or interior fit‑out projects and ability to interpret drawings, specifications and installation guidelines.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices, basic quality assurance procedures and local building regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with teams, contractors, vendors and clients.
