About the role

Virtelligence is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Campaigner to strengthen its digital presence on LinkedIn and drive B2B marketing initiatives. The role involves storytelling, simplifying complex technology topics, and collaborating with leadership, sales, recruiting, and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute LinkedIn‑focused social media campaigns targeting healthcare and technology decision‑makers.
• Create compelling LinkedIn posts, thought‑leadership articles, case‑study style content, event promotions, and recruiting campaigns.
• Design visual assets such as carousels, infographics, short videos, and campaign graphics.
• Manage company LinkedIn pages, executive profiles, and campaign calendars.
• Monitor performance metrics, follower growth, and lead‑generation activity; recommend improvements based on analytics.
• Support employer branding, consultant engagement, and business‑development initiatives through social media.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media, digital, B2B content marketing, or brand communications.
• Proven track record creating and managing LinkedIn content for B2B or technology brands.
• Strong writing, editing, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex technology and business topics for professional audiences.
• Comfortable using AI‑powered marketing tools for content creation and productivity.
