Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Social Media, Content & Digital Marketing Executive to grow our handbag brand’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and our website. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating high‑quality visual content while supporting brand strategy and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish Reels, short videos, carousels, static posts and Stories.
• Manage the social media content calendar and ensure regular posting.
• Edit images and videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar.
• Write captions and adapt content for UK and European audiences.
• Maintain a consistent visual style, tone of voice and brand presence.
• Contribute ideas for content themes, campaigns and social‑media strategy.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Support influencer and UGC creator outreach.
• Update website content, including product images, banners, product pages and blog posts.
• Assist with basic SEO and repurpose social content for the website or blog.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to streamline content workflows.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience creating high‑quality social media content, especially Reels and short‑form video.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook platforms.
• Interest in women’s fashion and e‑commerce.
• Ability to work remotely and report progress independently.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt content for different European markets.
