Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results‑driven Social Media Executive to plan, execute and optimise social media activities for Hazen Technologies and its client accounts. The role combines strong storytelling with a data‑driven approach to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, community growth and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social‑media strategies aligned with business and campaign objectives, including audience research, platform selection and performance indicators.
• Create monthly content calendars, write copy, and coordinate with designers and video editors to produce posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Plan, produce and optimise short‑form video content such as Reels, TikTok and Shorts, monitoring performance and iterating on hooks and formats.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, identify leads and route enquiries to the appropriate teams.
• Track metrics, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong English proficiency for professional copywriting and client communication.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, collaborate with creative and marketing teams and continuously improve results through testing and analytics.
