Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter) and YouTube, focusing on the Pakistani market. The role involves planning, creating, managing and optimizing content that drives engagement, brand awareness, leads and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter) and YouTube.
• Create and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
• Develop engaging posts, reels, captions, stories, banners and campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors and audience behavior in Pakistan.
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimise performance metrics.
• Increase followers, engagement, impressions and conversion rates organically and through paid strategies.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Track KPIs and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Handle community management, comments, inboxes and customer engagement professionally.
• Build employer branding and online presence for recruitment and business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Pakistani digital trends and audience behavior.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Urdu.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
