Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and data‑driven Social Media Manager to shape our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. You will lead the development of social strategies, produce engaging content, and foster vibrant community interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels.
• Create, schedule and publish content that aligns with brand tone and business objectives.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs and adjust tactics using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and similar tools.
• Respond to comments, messages and mentions promptly while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.
• Stay current with platform trends, algorithm updates and best practices.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social media campaigns.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platform algorithms.
• Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work independently or within a team.
• Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
