Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Social Media Manager to lead brand positioning, audience acquisition, and channel strategy for North American markets. Based in Pakistan, you will work remotely while aligning your schedule with US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth and social strategies, shaping brand voice, platform architecture, campaign calendars, and playbooks for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with US/North American creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
• Track key engagement metrics, test distribution channels, and refine strategies based on ROI and conversion insights.
• Partner directly with startup leadership to align social campaigns with product launches and commercial milestones.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of experience in Social Media, Growth Marketing, or Brand Strategy.
• Direct experience building brands and managing social media for the US or North American market.
• Hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced startup environment, demonstrating agility and rapid execution.
• Proven track record of growing social channels organically and managing paid social initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills suited for North American business standards.
• Ability to work remote hours aligned with EST/PST time zones.
