Software Engineer - ElectronJS, Desktop (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain desktop applications using ElectronJS. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to work with a global leader in technology, delivering high‑quality solutions that enhance user experience across a widely used platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross‑platform desktop applications with ElectronJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design, implement, and optimise new features while ensuring performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Debug, test, and resolve issues reported by users or identified during testing.

Required profile

• Proven experience building ElectronJS applications.
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event‑driven architectures.
• Experience with version control (Git) and automated testing.
