Software Engineer - ElectronJS, Desktop (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain desktop applications built with ElectronJS. This remote position works with a global technology leader, delivering high‑quality software that enhances user experience across a widely used platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain desktop applications using ElectronJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design, implement, and optimise features for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Debug and resolve user‑reported issues and testing findings.

• Proven ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience delivering production‑grade software in an Agile environment.
