Software Engineer - ElectronJS, Desktop (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain desktop applications using ElectronJS. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to work with a global leader in the technology sector, delivering high‑quality, performant software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross‑platform desktop applications with ElectronJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design, implement, and optimise new features while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best‑practice standards.
• Debug, test, and resolve issues reported by users or identified during testing.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ElectronJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Hands‑on experience with Node.js and front‑end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event‑driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Git version control and automated testing tools.
