Solutions Architect - GSCaaS

About the role

The Solutions Architect – GSCaaS will partner with clients to understand their business needs and design customized, end‑to‑end solutions within Zones’ Global Service Cloud as a Service (GSCaaS) portfolio. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Solution Engineering and Project Management, the architect ensures solutions are scalable, cost‑effective and aligned with Zones’ standards.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements for GSCaaS offerings.
• Document service goals and translate them into technical designs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create tailored solutions.
• Identify and propose value‑added services and upsell opportunities.
• Assess project constraints, risks and resource needs.
• Support project hand‑over and ensure smooth transition to delivery teams.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to align expectations with organizational policies.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills for client and internal collaboration.
• Experience working in multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate change.
