Spanish‑Speaking Intake Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a fluent Spanish speaker to join our Lahore office as an Intake Specialist. The role is client‑facing, supporting U.S.-based operations by handling the initial intake of Spanish‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with U.S.-based, Spanish‑speaking clients.
• Conduct initial client intake using provided scripts and guidelines.
• Gather, document, and update client information accurately in assigned systems.
• Schedule appointments or consultations when required.
• Follow up with clients via phone, text, or email while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish speaking and comprehension.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based clients over the phone.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new processes and systems.
• Willingness to work onsite in Model Town, Lahore on the night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
• Flexibility to work 5–6 days per week, including alternate Saturdays when required.
