Spline Designer for E-commerce Stores

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spline Designer to craft premium, conversion‑focused interactive experiences for modern e‑commerce stores. The role is centred on using Spline to build polished, production‑ready 3D scenes that enhance product presentation, storytelling, and overall brand perception.

Key responsibilities

• Design interactive 3D scenes and immersive website experiences in Spline for e‑commerce storefronts.
• Create visually strong hero sections, launch visuals, and brand moments that elevate the online shopping journey.
• Develop product‑storytelling sections that improve presentation and reinforce brand identity.
• Apply motion, interaction, and composition strategically rather than decoratively.
• Build production‑aware scenes optimized for real‑world website use, ensuring desktop and mobile responsiveness.
• Balance visual richness with usability, performance, and clarity.
• Prepare scenes and assets in a developer‑friendly format to support implementation.
• Use Figma for layout planning, visual structure, and collaboration with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketers.

Required profile

• Primary expertise in Spline with confidence in creating polished, web‑ready interactive experiences.
• Strong understanding of how interactivity, motion, and composition drive e‑commerce conversions.
• Solid secondary skills in Figma for layout planning, UI alignment, and collaborative workflows.
• Awareness of e‑commerce design principles, user browsing behaviour, and technical feasibility.
