About the role
We are looking for a diligent Staff Accountant to join our finance team on an afternoon shift. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, assisting with budgeting and financial reporting, and ensuring accurate ledger maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day accounting and financial activities.
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports and statements.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring timely transaction recording.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoice processing, payment verification and collection follow‑up.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Required profile
- Enrolled or part‑qualified in ACCA, CMA or CA.
- 1–2 years of hands‑on accounting experience.
- Strong time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with financial systems and accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- QuickBooks.
- Microsoft Office suite.
