Staff Software Engineer – AI-Native Development & Agent Orchestration

About the role

We are building an AI‑native engineering model where autonomous agents drive the entire software development lifecycle. As a Staff Software Engineer you will sit at the crossroads of product engineering, AI infrastructure, and technical leadership, delivering enterprise‑grade solutions for Fortune 100 customers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect agent‑ready systems, creating context, tooling, evaluation harnesses and guardrails that enable coding agents to execute full development workflows with minimal human intervention.
• Orchestrate parallel fleets of agents, delegating work, inspecting results against enterprise quality standards, and improving underlying capabilities when failures occur.
• Ship production features rapidly, turning customer feedback captured in the morning into live functionality by the afternoon while maintaining reliability.
• Package improvements—rules, skills, context files, evaluation frameworks—so the entire engineering team benefits.
• Lead senior engineers, scope work, review architecture and pull requests, and set technical direction for AI‑native development.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack web engineering experience with a proven track record as a tech lead for senior and mid‑level engineers.
• AI‑native operating style: builds scaffolding (prompts, context, rules, evals) that lets agents deliver autonomously and validates output against enterprise standards.
• Strong intuition about frontier AI models, understanding of capabilities versus cost trade‑offs.
• Product sense and ownership: can translate goals into polished solutions and treat “merged” as a midpoint, not an endpoint.

Required skills

• Full‑stack web development (front‑end and back‑end).
• Prompt engineering and evaluation framework design.
• Proficiency with AI agent coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalents.
• Experience designing and operating large‑scale AI‑driven workflows.
